Anyway, my rant is over. We are down in Vegas, Melanie is at Ross, one of her favorite LV things to do for some reason, buying a pillow. Each time we have come to LV, she has bought a pillow at Ross. I think she may have a problem. We spent yesterday with Kim Conde, our reealtor, looking at a couple of properties that her company manages. One isn't even on the market yet, the other has been hard to rent (its in North Las Vegas, and there is a stigma).
We went to the one that isn't on the market and fell in love with it. It seemed to be better than the one we missed out on, except the folks living there before trashed it as they were evicted. It combine the best of the features of the other properties we saw the last trip. Kim wanted us to see the other in NLV, and I almost said no. I would have regretted it, HUGE.
The property itself is 500 square feet bigger (at nearly 2200 sq ft) than the first and 50 bucks LESS a month. It has huge amounts of storage, a patio and a deck. I LOVED it. Here are a couple of pictures from their website. They do not do it justice:
Its an absolutely gorgeous house, tile throughout, the garage is lined with cabinets, huge master bathroom, walk in closets, 3 bedrooms and a loft for an office. It is great and we are really hoping we qualify. Our Realtors father is the owners representative and that bodes Wall for us, if there is a chance to get a property, this is our best. They would be more willing to take a chance, based on the relationship, I hope.Anyway, any of those good vibes you all can send our way again are appreciated. You all are invited down also for a BBQ and housewarming.
